Copyright and Legal FAQ - Revision 1 -

Is it safe to publish my pictures on the Internet?
We will tag your picture with your copyright information during the upload process. Should one visitor save the file from the website and edit the picture to remove this tag, there will be unfortunately no way to indentify your picture. We do not hold any responsibility about “stolen” picture. There is nothing more we can do about that. If you consider that you pictures need a different protection, we suggest you to not upload here. Do not forget that we created this website in order to publish our very personal pictures. We are personally comfortable with the fact that some visitors will use one of our pictures as computer wallpaper.
I found beautiful pictures here. Can I save and use it, outside this website?
No! Please, respect the work and the dedication of the member’s community. It takes some valuable time to shoot a picture, edit it, rename it, resize it and publish it. Keep that in mind. While it should be Ok to use a picture as computer wallpaper, we ask our fellow visitors to not cheat on our community. We will kindly get you in touch with the photographer, should you need to use one of his/her files. Always ask before.
What about privacy about my pictures?
Please avoid any controversial/private pictures there. You should also avoid photos where strangers are identifiable. Please respect people’s privacy. For example, while on the beach or at the pool, do not shoot other people. We will be quite strict during the screening process about that.
What about copyright concerns?
We don’t want any sort of copyright concerns here. Own it and publish it: this is our spirit. Do not forget that every single account is personal. We ask you to not share your account. We log various information during the upload process, including your computer’s IP address. If you are a visitor and/or you think there is copyright issue with a member photo, please contact us immediately.
